
Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool. It changes who we are and how we experience the world.
Last summer I was inspired to put together a 21 Day Peace Meditation process in an effort to spread peace in an increasingly crazy world. As we move through the darkness of winter into a new year, and much in the world still seems to pull us down, it feels really important to focus on Hope.

From Tuesday 27 January, every day for 21 days, I will send you a 15(ish) minute teaching and meditation audio and a reflective or practical supportive task. The container is an opportunity to be supported in committing to a daily meditative practice for 21 days, and to change the world from within.
This is by donation, so everyone of every means can take part

I’m Rebecca Murray and I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and probably more importantly, I’m a human being who believes in love, hope and peace.
