Hidden Paradise Yoga Retreat

Come back to the freedom of just being yourself. Deepen into Yoga. Connect with inner strength, peace, alignment and love off-grid in the Alpujarra Mountains
In a world where darkness seems to be increasing, we are committed to being part of another way. Yoga isn’t about postures, it’s about using a variety of tools, with practice, to come to a place of peace, love, strength and light inside. Not pretending we’re perfect, but learning to relax into our personal weird wonkiness. It’s about coming to love and accept ourselves & our place in the big oneness of all things.
This week on sacred land is a beautiful opportunity to truly retreat – to step out of the craziness of the world, to slow down, to be present with what is and the relief and peace that’s there. We deepen into a state of Yoga so we can return to daily life nourished and on purpose – so we can be part of making a positive difference. This year retreat runs from Thursday 27 August to Thursday 3 September, 2026
This lovely, powerful and nourishing week of yoga, presence & nourishment will help us:
- retreat from the hectic of daily life & hone the skill of being present to what is
- reset your nervous system & release deep built up tension
- reconnect with your inner light, vibrancy & peace
So you return home feeling:
- strong & stable
- more spacious & grounded
- connected to your inner light & inner peace
- and aligned to your clarity & purpose

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for people who are ready and willing to show up for themselves and the world. People who are open to Yoga as a means of personal transformation, growth and development. People who are ready to be open-minded, honest with themselves and to show up authentically. If you’d like to come on retreat with me, there’s a requirement that you attend at least 6 classes with me (online or in person) and/or that you commit to at least 3 x 1:1 sessions. This is to ensure that you’re open to working with me and the way I share Yoga, so we can all get the absolute most out of the retreat. A cohesive group opens the dynamics of what’s possible for us individually and as a group. We can go deeper, higher and wider in the practices and shifts because of the field of love and inclusiveness that everyone being ‘all in’ creates.
Who is this not for?
This is not for you if you’re looking for a sight-seeing holiday with a yoga workout on the side. Neither is it for you if you’re looking to medicate yourself or control your body through yoga as a exercise form. This is not for those who are only interested in yoga as shapes, instagramable posts, or who have a fixed idea what yoga is. Please don’t come if you need to maintain a mask of fakeness or control others to be ok, if swearing offends you, or if you’re looking for a luxury spa break (book one of those instead).
