Hidden Paradise Retreat

In an increasingly crazy and scary world, this retreat is a chance to reset, to fill your tank & re-calibrate yourself and your purpose to something bigger and more hopeful.

I don’t know about you, but it can be really hard to know what to do in these trying times. Do we carry on with ‘business as usual’ (even though its clearly not working)? Do we give up hope and wait for impending doom? Or do we calibrate ourselves towards being part of another way? And if we choose the latter, how do we resource ourselves and how to we figure out what that way is and what our part in it is?

Yoga is not about being good at doing crazy postures. It is about using a variety of practical tools (including sometimes practicing shapes) to come to a place of stability, strength, spaciousness and light inside. Not pretending to be perfect, but coming to increasing acceptance of, and love for our individual weird, wonky & perfectly imperfect selves & our place in the big oneness of all things.

This week on sacred land is a beautiful opportunity to truly retreat – to step out of the onslaught of the craziness of the world, to slow down, to be present with what is and the relief and peace that’s there. We deepen into a state of Yoga so we can be increasingly comfortable being ourselves, so we can connect with our knowings and inner compass and so return to daily life nourished and on purpose – so we can be part of making a positive difference (by being who we’re here to be).

This year retreat runs from Thursday 27 August to Thursday 3 September, 2026

This lovely, powerful and nourishing week of yoga, presence & nourishment will help us:

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for people who are ready and willing to show up for themselves and the world. People who are open to Yoga as a means of personal transformation, growth and development. People who are ready to be open-minded, honest with themselves and to show up authentically. If you’d like to come on retreat with me, there’s a requirement that you attend at least 6 classes with me (online or in person) and/or that you commit to at least 3 x 1:1 sessions. This is to ensure that you’re open to working with me and the way I share Yoga, so we can all get the absolute most out of the retreat. A cohesive group opens the dynamics of what’s possible for us individually and as a collective. We can go deeper, higher and wider in the practices and shifts because of the field of love and inclusiveness that everyone being ‘all in’ creates.

Who is this not for?

This is not for you if you’re looking for a sight-seeing holiday with a yoga workout on the side (there’s nothing wrong with these, but this isn’t that). Neither is it for you if you’re looking to medicate yourself or control your body through yoga as a exercise form. This is not for those who are only interested in yoga as shapes, instagramable posts, or who ‘already know everything about yoga’. Please don’t come if you need to maintain a mask of fakeness or control others to be ok, if swearing offends you, or if you’re looking for a luxury spa break (book one of those instead).
