After all these covidy years, I am overjoyed to be returning to Hidden Paradise to run another joyous, uplifting, heart-opening Yoga Retreat.
The retreat will run from Monday 12th to Monday 19th September 2022 and will be a super nourishing mix of
- gorgeous yoga,
- delicious fresh food
- and stunning natural surroundings
to completely soothe your soul and give you a full-system reset so you leave feeling
- fully rejuvenated & vibrant,
- strong & healthy,
- glowy & radiant,
- and totally blissed out!
It’s taking place at Hidden Paradise – a beautiful off-grid retreat venue in the Alpujarra Mountains, near Orgiva in the south of Spain between Granada and Malaga.
It comprises a collection of gorgeous hand-crafted structures – stone and wood buildings, hand-crafted treehouses, cob houses and the two workshops spaces with spectacular panoramic views across the valley. It’s completely off-grid, and all the water is spring water from the mountains – including the showers and the two pools!
The accommodation is all off-grid – we stay in simple, clean, handmade and handcrafted eco buildings either made from stone and wood or hand-carved treehouses.
The accommodation is based on sharing. There are a few opportunities to pay extra for a single room (cost £100 extra).
We‘ll be provided with beautiful breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as fresh fruit, teas, water and milks that will be available throughout the day for snacking.
The food is all fresh, local, seasonal, super nutritious and incredibly delicious! It’s all vegetarian, and they cater for dietary requirements (so please let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure you’re provided for perfectly!)
Each day we will enjoy a variety of yoga practices that include postures, breathwork, sound and meditation – whilst we have general themes to work with, we will always be led by the groups needs and requirements to tailor the practice on a day by day practice, building over the course of the week.
I’m a senior yoga teacher and yoga therapist in the Krishnamacharya tradition, so have been trained to develop really effective, powerful practices that work really subtly and deeply on every level of our beings. We will work in a variety of ways, from more active, dynamic practices to more chilled out and restorative practices to feel relaxed, present, strong, joyful and just generally great!
There will also be plenty down time to rest, read, relax or spend time exploring the natural surroundings.
A transfer bus will collect attendees in Málaga around midday on Monday 12th (exact times TBC) and take us all up to the retreat centre. On Monday 19th, the bus will arrive late morning at the retreat centre and take us back down to Málaga.
The retreat costs £800 – this includes
- beautiful, handmade rustic shared accommodation (treehouses and stone/wood cottages)
- Our meals (gorgeous freshly prepared feasts for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as constant fresh fruit and teas, coffees, infusions, cow/goat/nut/seed milks for snacks in between);
- and all yoga, meditation, pranayama, chant and deep relaxation sessions.
For payment, and to book a place, just drop me an email at email@example.com.
You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of £400, or the full amount, by bank transfer (details on request) or let me know if you’d prefer to pay by credit card and I can send a stripe link.
Happy to take payment in instalments as suits you too!
I realise it’s only a few months away, but if you’re free and you’d like to come, it would be an absolute delight to be on retreat with you!
